3. Stream Monitoring Authorization
IMPORTANT: By adding any stream URL to our monitoring service, you explicitly confirm and warrant that:
- You are legally authorized to monitor the specified stream
- You have obtained all necessary permissions from the stream owner/operator
- You take full responsibility for monitoring this stream
- You will not use our service to monitor streams without proper authorization
We reserve the right to remove any stream from monitoring if we suspect unauthorized monitoring or receive complaints from stream owners.
4. Service Limitations and "AS IS" Provision
4.1 Service Provided "AS IS"
Our Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- The accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of monitoring checks
- The availability or uptime of our Service
- The detection of all stream outages or issues
- The delivery of notifications
4.2 No Liability for Downtime
We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or disruptions caused by:
- Failure to detect a stream outage
- Delayed detection of stream issues
- Downtime of our monitoring service
- Missed or delayed notifications
- False positive or false negative alerts
- Any business interruption or loss of revenue
You acknowledge that stream monitoring is a supplementary tool and should not be your sole method of ensuring stream availability.
5. Account Termination Policies
5.1 Inactive Free Accounts
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that have:
- Not been logged into for 90 consecutive days
- No active paid subscription
5.2 Streams Down for Extended Periods
We may terminate monitoring of streams that have been continuously offline for over 30 days. This helps maintain system efficiency and data integrity.
5.3 Abuse and Misuse
We reserve the right to immediately cancel any monitoring account or remove stream URLs if we detect:
- Abuse of the service (excessive API calls, unauthorized access attempts, etc.)
- Misuse of monitoring capabilities
- Monitoring of streams without proper authorization
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
- Harassment or threatening behavior toward our staff
Termination for abuse or misuse may occur without prior notice or refund.
6. Subscription and Billing
6.1 Paid Plans
Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
- Our right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
6.2 Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We do not provide refunds for:
